Privacy policy
A Quick Note from Us
At iota, respecting our customers comes first, and on that note we’re a firm believer in protecting your privacy rights. We understand how frustrating and confusing it can be to try and understand what happens to the personal data we share online (we feel the same). For our part, we do our best to limit the data we collect to only what is necessary to run the business, and we never directly store any payment card information on our servers. Any data we do collect is intended for the purpose of ensuring we process orders and returns properly (and on time), and on making sure we’re doing everything we can to continue to always provide the best experience and products for you.
We’ve laid out our policy below and tried to be as detailed as possible to provide you with complete transparency. That said, if after reviewing it you still have questions, want more information about our privacy practices, or would like to make a complaint, please contact us by e-mail at care@iotabody.com or by mail using the details provided below. We’d love to hear your feedback and suggestions on how we can improve.

Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of information that’s downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our Services. We use a number of different cookies, including functional, performance, advertising, and social media or content cookies. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and region selection). This means you don’t have to re-enter this information each time you return to the site or browse from one page to another. Cookies also provide information on how people use the website, for instance whether it’s their first time visiting or if they are a frequent visitor.
The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.
